You see the price of every item before you book. Here's how it's worked out and how paying works.
Priced for your car
Bigger vehicles take longer, so prices follow your vehicle size, from a small hatchback up to a van. Pick your size on the build page and every price updates.
Packages save you money
Packages bundle popular items for less than buying them separately. Combine as many as you like: anything that overlaps is only charged once.
Honest about condition
Heavy soiling, pet hair or deep scratches take more work. Tell us on the build page so your price is right. If the car arrives in a noticeably worse condition, we'll speak to you before doing extra work.
The 20% deposit
- A 20% deposit secures your drop-off slot. You pay it when you book.
- The balance is due when you collect your car, by card, bank transfer or cash.
- Your deposit comes off your final bill. You'll get an invoice for every booking.
- Some work, like ceramic coatings and heavy correction, is confirmed after we've seen the paint. For those, you send us your build and we confirm the price before you pay anything.
Changing or cancelling
Need to move your booking? Just ask, as early as you can. If you cancel more than 24 hours before drop-off, we'll refund your deposit or move it to a new date. Within 24 hours, we may keep some or all of the deposit to cover the slot we held for you. The full details are in our booking terms.
Thank-you rewards
After every detail we send a thank-you code for your next one: a discount, or a free extra on bigger jobs.
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added unless shown otherwise.
